Anybody know if there are plans for a Linux/Mac version?
As it is a dosbox game it can't be that hard, can it?

Who else would like to see IG on other platforms?

Imperium Galactica 1 does not use the standard DOSBox install, it uses the SVN-Daum version.

Yes but but the SVN-Daum fork is available for Linux (and OS X).

I copied the game from my Windows install and tried to run it under Linux (with SVN-Daum Dosbox flavor). From first glance it seems to run nicely, but I just tried few minutes.

What about IG2? Is it native port (i see they released it for Android - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.digitalreality.ig2 so its possible ) or its wine wrapper?

I haven't had a chance to look into it myself but GamingOnLinux had a good look at the GOG version :)
