So I just bough Imperator and played like 2 hours and Galaxy launcher didn´t show me the time I played, i neither have clouds save I think. It´s normal? I ask because I don´t have an account on paradox. I have to register to play without problems, or it´s no needed?

you don't get achievements without a Paradox account and you must play ironman mode to get them... gog doesn't have cloud saves and the saves are stored on your local drive in a special folder if you pick the option in the game ui

you do need a Paradox account to play multi but you only need to link your gog game to that account if you want to unlock the Paradox launcher... handy for people on Linux or if you have mates on Steam and can't wait

Galaxy tracks hours played by system time and shows this at the Galaxy game screen... see my screengrab attached
note that this is system only so if you play on more that one device like I do then only your time in this one shows here... your Galaxy profile shows total time unlocks i.e, 20 hours played achievements etc but that shows under your profile which is different and I assume gog collects this data from Paradox (which would need an account) but I have not tested that

Thanks for your help!

The truth is that with hours played showed by Galaxy I have some problem with Imperator. Today morning I played like an hour on Imperator and Galaxy count that. However later I play like another 2 hours and that time Galaxy againg didn´t count it. So GOG shows me that I played like 1 hours although right now i have like 4. Never had this problem here with any other game. I don´t now if I´m doing something wrong.

PS.
I play always in the same device.

Edit:
solved

Nevermind, since Paradox Launcher actualization last days I have this problem again and this time cant solve this. I wrote to GOGs support and I advise you to do the same. Sorry
Step 1
Starting from Galaxy (2 is assumed here) press the play button to open the Paradox launcher

Step 2
See that the Galaxy UI doesn't detect the Paradox launcher is running... This error is because of the way Paradox server works but the work around is to move on to launch the next UI i.e start the game

Step 3
Press windows key or whatever to go back to the Gallery UI and relaunch the game... This time when the Paradox launcher opens Galaxy will recognise the game is running... You can now cancel the extra launcher an go back to playing... When you quit, Galaxy will update your time played correctly
