I have version 4.13.4m and I had no clue the team is still releasing updates after 20 years. I thought the current version is the final version. What patches and in what order do I need to upgrade to the latest release?

Most of the time gog will patch it to the latest version Team Daidalos puts out, sometimes they lag behind a bit.

Yes, that's not to say there never will be issues, but if there are they will most probably adressed in the next patch.
