Hey I'm having trouble running IWD 1 or 2. Whenever I try to open them. They don't open, instead a window pops up saying "Icewind Dale has stopped working" and that windows is searching for a solution, but doesn't find one.

I'm running windows 7 professional.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you tried running them as administrator?

Hmm well now it runs so I guess that's an improvement, but it has massive mouse lag, to where it is unplayable. Going to try tweaking my computer's OpenGL 3d settings. The computer is using an intel integrated graphics card if that helps. Thanks for the help!, though I'm still open to more suggestions.

You could try running setup-ddrawfix.exe & either uninstall it, or reinstall it with Force DirectDraw Emulation:
