Umm...ok, how does one scroll the screen, period? Just moving the mouse to the sides of the screen, I presume?

In windowed mode, it used to be the keyboard but it's a bit bugged and it moves too slowly now.

Using the number pad seems to work, but its quite jerky, not smooth at all. Well, at least I'm able to move around now.

I just purchased this and cannot stand to play it in a stretched out, full screen mode. And I noticed that I also could not scroll the screen in windowed mode until my mouse pointer hit the sides of my desktop. Then the in game cursor would show up in the game window and scroll the screen.

Instead what I did was set the keyboard scroll speed to full and use the arrows keys.
