Is there a limit to the number of spells I can have in my spell book? Not memorized, just the book.

Is it dependant on Int?

Yes it is dependant on your Int.
16 int = 11 spells per level ( That is 11, 3rd level spells, 11, 4th level spells etc)
17 int = 14
18 int = 18
19 int = All

olnorton: Yes it is dependant on your Int.

And so, can I learn them all if I use +int potions? Or will some delete when I lose the temporary int?

You can learn them all with enhanced INT and they all stay when the potion wears off.
