Can I install GOGs Icewind Dale without Hear of Winter expansion? I do not like character models from Baldurs Gate 2.

No, it's called Icewind Dale Complete, which "Includes the original Icewind Dale and its two expansion packs- Heart of Winter and Trials of The Luremaster"

Unfortunately, no. You can opt to not install TotL, but you can't opt out of installing HoW as far as I can see.

You can probably use a mod to change the character models.

As far as I know the models did not change with Heart of Winter. That would have been far more work than necessary for an expansion.

The only way for you to get BG2 models I know of is by using the IWD-in-BG2 conversion at Gibberlings 3, in which case you're actually using the BG2 engine.
