Note, however, that only those shot by monsters (or is it those shot against your party) are affected.

Any you loot from Goblins are normal when you shoot them.

(Also, I think your summons take less damage than your characters on Heart of Fury, another reason why summons are so useful.)

I'm quite sure those Goblins you get with the arrows are not as weak as normal mode ones. Your own summons (including those goblins) are generally upgraded quite a bit, but not as much as your enemies.

In early versions your HoF summons were as tough as the corresponding monsters, but they were downgraded with a later patch.
