So I took advantage of this weekend offer on all the D&D games and ordered some.

I decided for no specific reason to play IWD first and I guess I was to exicited fiddling with thte config tool and my new char that it was not until later that it finally dawned on me that I have not met anyone yet to be in my party and the game was turning too dificult...

So yeah, dumb of me only created on char expecting to meet others to join my party instead of ME BUILDING IT!.

Anyway, so 5 quests later I built my party, I am about to leave Easthaven with Hrotgar, just killed the Ogre with my party (with everyone on level 1, except for my main which is level 3) and I was wondering if I should go on like this or replay the whole thing.

Also why is it that although I was able to complete 3 quests and kill a 3 wolfs, 12 orcs and one ogre my party has not leveled up yet and when I was alone I leveled up faster?.

Thank you all for your help.

XP points are distributed among all party members. When you were alone, all of them went directly to your main character.

I guess it's really up to you if you want to replay Easthaven once more. It's not like you won't be able to beat the game, you just have to be slightly more careful until the rest of your party catches up on levels.

And if you want to experience party similar to BG in style (banters, etc), take a look at this mod.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer and also for the MOD recomendation, it really looks interesting, along with some others I found there.

Take care.
