Delisted? Why?
I was introduced to this game thanks to Xbox Game Pass. I bought this on GOG because it made so much sense to play this offline. Now I can't buy the DLC's here. Guess they just want me to buy House Flipper 2.

fsbarbero: As a post previously (https://www.gog.com/forum/general/delisting_house_flipper/post38), I hope that this delisting would be temporary to focus new buyers on Steam. When the novelty about the new DLC has passed, I would like to see the game back on GOG.
In any case, the developer/publisher should continue to release patches and updates for those of us who have purchased the game on GOG.
If true, that's still pretty scummy. I'd like to buy some of the older DLC, but you can't do that now. They should offer you a way to link your purchases to Steam or other platforms. I'm not keen on buying the game a second time if the sequel isn't too far away. Or, I might not buy it at all due to this.In any case, the developer/publisher should continue to release patches and updates for those of us who have purchased the game on GOG.

In that forum, one of the game developers (Reczberg) explains how to request a key in order to have the games on Steam. Here is a copy of his answer:
Publicado originalmente por Reczberg: Hey guys, I know it's late, but we've just recently started cooperating with GoG when it comes to providing Steam keys to the players who owned the game on GoG. You can contact me at community@frozendistrict.com, and attach your GoG username as well as all the receipts of any House Flipper purchases so we can verify all the info and provide the Steam keys.
A GOG user states on that forum that, not agreeing with this, he has requested a refund from GOG because he doesn't want to move his games from GOG to Steam.
Considering that many of us bought the game and DLCs some time ago, would it be possible to request a refund from GOG under the circumstances?

I requested a refund through GOG support and was denied and told to contact Frozen District. "Please contact the developers of the game for further clarification. They assured us that they will look into each case :)"
What clarification? Fuck steam, and Frozen District can not refund me. So fuck me then, I guess, now I own an incomplete game with a slap in the face.

I will see what I can write to the developers.
One thing is clear to me. Steam is not an option for me for a very simple reason. To play Steam games it is mandatory to use their client, which is no longer compatible with Windows 7. What's the point of giving me the game for free on Steam if I won't be able to play it? It's like if they give you a boat and you live in the desert.

People demanding refunds is funny to me. I can still reinstall the game. Pretty sure it's still playable. Not going to get it on Steam, if I want it here. I'll just not buy the sequel.

Who is ultimately responsible for this delisting? Playway? Frozen District? Empyrian? I want to make sure whoever it is doesn't get another nickel of my money.

idk but I've got them all on my shitlist just to be safe. I for one will have House Flipper 1 complete with all DLC's and they won't get another $1 out of me.
