This is crap. Been waiting for it all day and now they postpone it until the 24th? Why didn't I just buy it on steam and got to play it hours ago? Bah..

Easy man, the Hotline Miami dev is currently working on bug fixes, they had the Steamwork version ready first (because it could have been quite hard to fix if it wasn't working), give the sole coder a break and wait 12 hours so he can fix bugs and deliver the DRM-less version to everyone :P

I too terribly want to play this game, and currently see most of my Steam friends playing it, but I won't rage at Cactus for accidentally having a few hours delay, the guy provided me some much creative and fun gaming experience, for free, for years, I would say that the Hotline Miami is like a a slight delay in the latest chapter of the Cactus-games experience.

Let the expectation build up, let your imagination and desire rise, I think it's worth it with this game.

I can place it just next to Bastion. Both games have amazing soundtracks.

Heh, controls take a bit of getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's great!
