I followed the main quest after where you kill the sawtooth for Rost. This should have granted me at least 2 story achievements by this point, but none unlocked.
I was playing from the Galaxy client and was online all the time. Any ideas why achievements don't work for this game?
Could the cause be that I added a blocking rule for the game exe to Windows firewall?

PS: Galaxy states under "my progress": This game does not have achievement support.
But right under that statements you can clearly see all the acheivements.

This is odd. Are you using the latest version of Galaxy 2.0?

I doubt it's because of firewall since achievements should unlock even if you are offline.

Maybe. They usually react within 24h. All achievements worked just perfectly for me so far. I'm at 75% completion. Latest version of Galaxy 2.0.

Do you have the Overlay activated? I usually have it off.

I do. I remember though I played Metro Exodus without overlay because it was crashing the game but achievements still worked.

What do you read on the "My Progress" tab for Achievements? xx% or N/A? I get the latter for some reason. On a sidenote, I don't have this issue with other games in Galaxy. If a game has achievement support, I get them without problems.

EDIT: Now it works, finally! Don't know what did it in the end, but after un- and reinstalling galaxy, verifying game data (tried that before already) and giving Galaxy more rights in my Windows Firewall settings, achievements unlock now.

I'm having this problem.

I've been using Galaxy 1 up until recently. But Horizon kept crashing before the menu when I tried to start through Galaxy. (it was the overlay that was causing it to crash)
Anyway, I updated to Galaxy 2. But nothing.
I've done a completely fresh install of Galaxy 2. Even manuelly cleaning out all junkfiles left behind. I have also repaired the game wich downloaded something. But it won't update my achievements.

This is the first game I'm having this problem with. All other games have worked fine playing offline, then starting said game through Galaxy to update the achievements. But Horizon just won't update them even when playing through Galaxy all the time.

Achievements seems to be broken.
I just did a test where I started a new game and rushed it so that I could get my first weapon coil. Installed it on my bow, but still no achievement even though I ran the game through Galaxy 2.

Disabling the overlay, disables every overlay-related notification, like achievements.

Did you take a look at your achievements board through galalxy to see if they were unlocked?

I have everything on under Game Features in Galaxy 2 and I've looked at the achievement list through Galaxy and none are completed.

Achievements for This game work very well, in fact I'm over 90% completion. You either have firewall blocking galaxy or maybe you are playing offline?
