I think you can get all the individual components from Microsoft but I used an all in one package from:
https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6776-visual-c-redistributable-package.html 1. Download the "All Visual Studio C++ Runtimes"
2. Unzip the file
3. Double click on "install_all.bat"
This automatically installed all the 2005, 2008, 2012, 2013 and 2015-22 components for both x64 and x86, which should solve the problem with this and hopefully any other game.
