When the game tries to sync my saved games with the cloud, it says that the total size of my saved games exceeds the cloud space, even if the only saved game I have is the Autosave that can't be deleted.

I tried uninstalling the game, and all of my save data with it, to rectify this problem, but the game won't uninstall either.

Paviel, here's something you can try:

Since you have already deleted your saved games, you could try deleting everything in your "%AppData%\LocalLow\Transolar Games\Hero-U" folder.

There might be leftover content in there that you don't need, and that GOG doesn't like.

I haven't tried to uninstall a GoG game - I normally just delete the folders with the game and data. I've passed your message on to our GoG specialist, but I don't have a ready answer on that yet.

Pavel, GOG has increased the cloud storage space for the game. Please let us know if cloud saving works now. The amount they had before should have been enough.
