Will there be a sale on HoMM 3? I will probably get it even if there is no sale but spending less money would be nice.

The HoMM bundle has been on sale already during the Summer Sale, I reckon it'll probably be around again before the sale finishes so keep checking back everyday. Also, you don't have to buy the whole bundle, I just bought HoMM3 from the bundle with quite a nice saving.

Also, there is a HoM&M series sale right now, and you can pick up only Heroes 3 (with a minor discount).
