Hi
After installing Heroes Chronicles I get a lot of shortcuts for the manuals for all of the games. However when I click the shortcuts I get nothing. Furthermore I downloaded the manual zip file but that only contains the manual for one of the scenarios: Clash Of The Dragons. I know that the difference between the manuals is probably minimal but is it possible that you could put them up anyway?

And sorry to all the other members that this is something that is pretty hard to solve for anyone other than employees.

I'm having the same problem and would also appreciate if it was fixed.

Maybe it is best to send a ticket to GOG support regarding this. Someone has to put this into their attention.

The only things you're missing out on are the various Letters from Tarnum, which are different in each manual. I have them all transcribed if you want them.
I was under the impression that the GOG staff read these forums.

Does anyone have the contact e-mail for the tech team? I tried the "Contact Us" link, but I kept being re-routed to the same generic tech support page. (From http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact I selected "Technical Issues" and pressed continue, which just sent me back to http://www.gog.com/en/support. I feel that this itself should be reported, unless it's just me being dumb and doing something wrong... but if that's the case then I sincerely believe the page isn't as intuitive as it could be.)

Cepheus, thanks for your offer. I would still like GOG to step up and address the problem though, especially since most of us expected complete, functional manuals when purchasing the collection.

Send a ticket to support. With every ticket they receive, the the sooner they will address this...
Can you show me how to do this? I tried going through the Support website (http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact), but as I mentioned earlier it didn't work or I just couldn't figure it out...

try this link:

Would be best if GOG will fix this by adding the manuals, but unfortunately I think they don't have them.
Maybe is a good idea that everyone owning an original copy of any of the chronicles chapters to send to GOG a scanned copy of the manual in order to help them gather all of them.
I searched a little bit the manuals on the internet and I couldn't find them.
Thanks for the link! I just sent a message to the support team.

It may be true that GOG doesn't have the manuals, but that makes me wonder why the missing shortcuts are even there then. Wouldn't it have been better to never have created them?

Let's hope they just forgot to put the manuals in the package.
I would love to see these in the pack.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the support staff to respond?
Depends on the issue.
If it is a multiplayer key request they usually respond on th same day.
In our case they may never respond...
It would be incredibly rude if they decided not to respond at all. Even if they don't have the manuals, they should at least have the courtesy to let me know.

Fact is, I took the time to write, and more importantly, I gave them my business. If they don't have the decency to write a few simple sentences I will seriously have to re-consider supporting this website in the future.

The site is good. You have to take it as it is... it's not perfect. :)
Most of the time they respond to support queries but in some cases the support tickets seem to be lost or something.
This is the (known) flaw of this service. Otherwise is very good.
