Hey, when i try to play multiplayer (i click the "Online Service" option at the bottom of multiplayer option list") my game always crashes. I have no mods, just vanilla game. Game is Heroes 3 complete.

The official servers croaked about 15 years ago, what did you expect?

You can play it via TCP/IP, Hot Seat, LAN or emulators thereof, or if you download the HD mod, its unique online lobby.
