Hello!

I bought game some time ago and each time I turn on GoG I have to download the game over and over again. Not only I have to download the game but then I have to download additional polish language.

Is this common issue that the game deletes itself and user has to download it again?

The game probably doesn't delete itself. Try to download it and turn off Galaxy. Now check whether the game is present in the installation folder. It's probably some kind of client bug. It might be a good idea to uninstall the game right after you download it and try once again. If the problem won't resolve itself contact GOG Support.

Also, are you installing it in Program Files? Maybe Windows is reverting your install attempt.

Maybe the fact that you add Polish language means the client thinks the installation is "corrupted" and uninstalls it?

Did you try using the stand-alone installer, without GOG Galaxy?

So what I did this far:

1) I've closed GoG, checked folder -> it's there.
2) Deleted game, installed again
3) Deleted the game, deleted all folders, installed again
4) Installed the game one more time, only in english

All this and the game still keeps deleting from GoG - yet the folder is there with game and all...

How can I contact support regarding this issue? I mean, no problem for me to download the game over and over again it's just... annoying and strange.

In the meantime, you can just use the standalone installer, without GOG Galaxy.

Go to https://www.gog.com/account

The below the Galaxy installer, you should see "Download Offline Backup Game Installers"

Download it and use that file to install it. Then you should be able to run it without Galaxy and without having to reinstall every time.

Last question: I've downloaded the offline backup files. How do I sue them to instal the game? They are .bin files and do I do anything with it after downloading?

You should have bin files and one exe. Place them all in same folder and run exe.

SO it was all good for some time however again it started to delete itself.. :( I don't know what could I do more about it :( I guess I will be downloading it everytime i want to play :/

Same things keeps happening with my copy. It makes zero sense. You get to enjoy the game for a while but before you can even complete a single playthrough the game deletes itself and there's nothing left behind.
