Hey guys

I have a small but annoying problem. Everytime I start the game, it goes into testing and then into the intro cinematic which I cannot skip. How do I fix this? Reinstalling obviously didn't work. On Windows 10

Happens when your registry cannot be updated for some reason. Try:

ZFR: Happens when your registry cannot be updated for some reason. Try:

I went into rededit but I have no folder named New World Computing :(

Edit-> Find and do a search for "Computing". Or "Magic".

If you don't find it, that could be the reason this is happening. Run the game as administrator. That should allow you to let it edit the registry.

I've got another problem: the game with newly added Russian localization doesn't play intro at all. Please fix it.

I found this on internet and change it as it was written. I went to registry editor and find this and set it up like this:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\New World Computing\Heroes of Might and Magic® III\1.0]
"Show Intro"=dword:00000001
"First Time"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\New World Computing\Heroes of Might and Magic® III\1.0]
"Show Intro"=dword:00000001
"First Time"=dword:00000000

And it worked for me

Use HD mod, this will fix the issue and make your life infinitely easier
