Hello, I'm a long time fan of the homm series, and I understand that both the price of loyalty expansion and heroes 2 gold had separate soundtracks from the original. Though I've come across several copies of Heroes 2 over the years, I've never had the pleasure of hearing these tracks in anything other than lowish quality youtube videos. I would assume that the game itself uses the original soundtrack, is this true? And if so does the downloadable soundtrack include these extra tracks? If it does I would consider buying it again solely for that.

Downloadable soundtrack has 30 tracks, including 6 from expansion, one for each castle. All tracks (several more than these 30, I think) can be also found after installation in game folder in .ogg format.
Cool, thanks a lot!

Edit: Well, I couldn't help myself, I've just downloaded both the game and the soundtrack, and it appears that it has the soundtrack from the original game and price of loyalty. ^_^
I had also wondered if it included this other alternate version of the sorceress' theme, which came from only certain copies of heroes 2 gold http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6I0U-UGGBM but it did not. All things considered, I'm happy just to have this much, but if GOG ever were to find a way to provide this missing piece it would be much appreciated.
