Hello,

I am trying to install Equilibris for Homm4. I have Win 10.

I got told that my heroes4.exe checksum isn't correct and to go to strategyplanet.com/homm/equilibris/eng/faq.
html but I got the "404 Not Found" error message.

I downloaded the Equilibris update file (updates_sfx.exe) I found on another site and tried to install it but I keep getting told that some files are corrupt.

I tried to install everything again but it wouldn't work as above.

Can anyone help?

I had the same problem in Windows Vista and I got it to work using gammaleak's file package.

Instructions:
1. Install Heroes IV and all expansions (if necessary).
2. Navigate to your Heroes IV install folder.
3. Create a backup copy of heroes4.exe
4. In the 'Data' subfolder of your Heroes IV directory, make a backup copy of updates.h4r
5. Copy the version of heroes4.exe in this mod package to your Heroes IV directory
6. Copy the version of updates.h4r in this mod package to the 'Data' subfolder of your Heroes IV directory
7. Run the install_Equilibris_v3.51.exe file.
8. Enjoy the Equilibris mod by running h4mod.exe from your Heroes IV directory.

Your instruction works fine at the first time, mod works perfect, but when i close the game and run it once more with heroes4.exe it launch normal heroes4 without mod. Someone know how to solve this problem? because reinstall game before every play is not very cool

I have installed HoMM4 from GOG and installed Equilibris. OG HoMM4 Complete Edition launch OK and when I tried to launch Equilibris - it even don't show loading pictogram near mouse cursor. Have Win 10 and some time ago it launch without issues.
