I bought Heroes 3 complete but when I try to play the game it says i need to instert the CD. Is this nomal? what should i do?

If your O/S is either Vista or Windows 7 try running the game as Administrator :

Are you by any chance trying to run this on a netbook without a cd drive? If so you need something like deamon tools.

to emulate a fake drive. After you run that and emulate a drive it should get rid of the error if this was your problem.
