Simbabluenobi: When it started up it went straight to my Native Resolution which is 16:9 (1600X900) and I don't see any stretching in the game. It looks pretty good and the game isn't bad either .... Better than the Inquisitor so far anyways.
I think 1280X720 is 16:9 also ... that's where I play most of the games when I have a choice of setting.
GraphicFoxx: Odd. My monitor is the same resolution as yours, but my game starts 1024x768. Looking at the config program, there are only options for that, 1280x1024, and 1600x1200.
How are you people running it at native resolutions?
Edit: angelalegria, it's most likely your Intel card. Running W764 here and it's just fine. If it's even remotely feasible, I'd strongly recommend a new graphics card. Not just for this, but for everything. You'd be much happier, guaranteed. Unless, of course, you're on a laptop. If that's the case, I don't know what else to tell you.
honestly i don't know how it's not stretched ... or it is ? :P : looks the gui use the native resolution ,The only moment where the non-widescreen is noticed is at the starting of the game : while the scrolling of main character.
one thing though the only issue i have it's the game credits are totaly black , i don't know how to fix this, it's not very important but still.
another point : the game's settings has some issues: outside the game by default low particles is checked , in-game it's not checked.
for the compatibility settings ; best post i found it's this one :
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/533502-heretic-kingdoms-the-inquisition/56397273 but it's from 2010 , so i don't know if it's still apply there, however the fps improvments for some users , could be worth a try, personnaly i didn't need to tweak anything.
