As the title states, are the DLC that were added with the latest update now part of the main installer? Since I don't see a seperate download like The Witcher 3 did it for example. Thanks in advance for any replies :)

As far as I know, yes. The change was made across all versions, so unless something has got mixed up with the installers, they should include the previously-separate quests.

Yes, they are part of the main installer. When you run the game it says in the bottom right hand corner that the Bonus Content Collector's Edition DLC version is installed.
