Though I already have Hexen 2 and the expansion, I still went and bought it on Gog as well.

The Gog release does not seem to include the expansion. And, to be honest, I never managed to finish the base game so I never tried to get the expansion working.

Can anyone enlighten me on whether it would be worth the hassle trying to get it running with the Gog release? Or is it about as enjoyable as the Blood 2 Expansion which had me feel more accomplished managing to get it run, than playing it?

Portal of Prævus is as good as the main game (maybe even better) so yeah it's totally worth it.

Great! Thank you very much.
I'll have to find a way to get it working with the GOG release, or uHexen2.

All you have to do is add -portals to the end of the command:

That should make it a lot easier.
