How long for the Linux build to get an update? Currently it's the previous build.

Once the server bottlenecks are solved, we will update the Linux version, hopefully during the next week, and thanks in advance for your patience
Just rolled out v301 patch, going to be live shortly if not already

- Fixed a situation where armor would not work at its fullest if its minimum requirements are provided by a body or mind module (this includes a specific spacesuit not working in space)
- Fixed a number of loot items being invisible
- Fixed switches that link Alma Mater to the Building where they could be used only once
- Fixed a display issue where dismantling items would show pretty bonkers values

Thanks, getting the hang of the game and so far I am enjoying it.

Hard!
The game has just arrived!
And it’s Linux from day one.
oh, we'll see how long.

google it "gog tinybuild no updates"

example "Swag and Sorcery" last update GOG v1.030 2019-05-25 ..... Steam v1.52 2020-01-04

almost 7 months later still no updates, very sad!

It looks like the developers of the game are reading these forums on a daily basis and reacting to specific complaints about bugs. What more could you ask for...

It's the weekend. Even though the developers are working on the update, the GOG team is not. An offline installer has to be built by someone, right? Do you understand that?
I would advise against waiting earlier than Monday.

You probably don't understand from just one reading: to assemble an offline installer need GOG's employees who don't work at weekends.
Steam has a different system - there the developer uploads the update directly to the system, and it is delivered by the Steam client. No need to prepare an offline installer = the system can be automated.

I understand that I am writing things that are too complicated for you to understand, but suddenly someone else is reading.

then they take out the game on steam the patch and after the kind on the other platforms.
I asked for the refund, I do not like thieves. I pay like steam users but I'm not entitled to the same logical treatment.

Good work can take more time!
On GOG we are rid of DRM that will make your Steam games unusable in a few years.

Enough of this nonsense...the game isn't "from" tinyBuild, it's from Cradle Games. TinyBuild is the publisher. I don't have many games published by tinyBuild, but I can tell you Streets of Rogue for one has definitely gotten many updates. If you have issues with a developer not doing updates, take it up with them, don't drag completely unrelated developers into it. And if you have issues with GOG not having offline installers done when the Galaxy updates are available, take that up with GOG; the developers have nothing to do with it.
