4 patches on steam and here not a single as on the epic games store I hold a developer himself. After a while, don't exaggerate either. Gog refunded me the game. For some it's normal to pay and not be treated like steam users.

Why isn't The Thespian Feast here on gog? I'd give it a try, have heard the game is really buggy. Hell, you even have it on the microsoft store but not here.

I installed the game just last night and got a 35mb update about an hour ago. So it is being updated.

Maybe it was just luck or me being used to a little bit of jank but I haven't come across anything serious that would have needed patching in the first place.

Yes, official word on this would be appreciated indeed.
If the prologue can't be made available on GoG just yet, for... reasons, at least confirmation that the Thespian Feast will arrive here eventually at some point would be nice.

The Galaxy Installer has received every update so far.
The Galaxy Installer is up to date, the offline installer is not.

I hope the offline installer gets updated soon. I was hoping to enjoy this game and don't look forward to returning it.

Save games are broken. Lost 2 hours of "progress".

This is after I had to restart multiple times to access my "Online" save for a DRM-free game?

So many bugs, this feels like a BETA.

Small dev is not even an excuse, as these are CORE functions of the game.

Shameful.

FYI, Thespian Feast is apparently on GOG as well now.

I wonder how that'll work, since the main game actually recognized my 2 characters from the Steam version of Thespian Feast when I initially booted it up.

Thespian Feast is basically one of the late-game locations from the full game. Same enemies for the most part. It ends with beating the same boss, but there's no way out of the boss room (that I could find, at least- and you don't get a new Rift once you beat him to teleport out).

The only new piece of content is that you can grab a boss-based weapon in the Thespian Feast before you face him- and in the actual game you need to kill the boss to be able to craft this.

I honestly haven't found all secrets in Thespain Feast, and I discovered some extra areas in the same map in Hellpoint, so I can't say for sure if there's any major "spoilers" Thespian Feast has. But for the most part, they are pretty similar.

I did do the Thespian Feast area first in my Hellpoint playthrough (because I found the key to that area in the secret area of the Embassy), but i'm pretty sure you're NOT supposed to go there early, because you're insanely underleveled for it.
I was able to get through it, (because I knew the area from Thespian Feast), but that left me over-levelled for most of the game, so it leads to some serious sequence-breaking.

Ah ok, thanks a lot for explaining! So it's basically a slightly adapted section from the late game and no significant miss to skip and directly jumping into full game.

I'm looking to buy it on GOG but this problem with GOG version not updated and fixed is holding me back.

Is the last patch which was available on Steam on the 10th Sept. also on GOG? Unfortunately there is no patch information on GOG to be sure what's the current version.

Its the newest version here (galaxy & offline installer) and the developer support is very good, also the galaxy achievements are now working.
