What's missing? Right now I see both versions at 2021.03.02.0.

Yes, until the past month (february) H.Q. on GOG was usually one release behind its Steam counterpart.
Also, there was no version changelog.

But now everything seems OK.

Seems like the developer is always 1 or 2 patches behind. Shame because Kubold is a former GOG developer too

Yes, presently the version on Steam is 2022.03.05, while here is 2022.02.26. But hopefully is just a matter of days before the GOG version catches up.
