Will this game unlock per region or one standard global time?

there isn't a preload option in order to download it before the release time? (i think it's around 00:00 gmt+1 the release)

It is a little bit strange, I see: "Download available in 27h"
that will be 23:00 GMT+1 (German Time) tomorrow ...
if that is true, it is disappointing, in steam preload is now available and unlock in 10h ....

EDIT: I can see the "Download available in 27h" message in my games library, because I already bought the Game.

Yes same here, says 26h :( I hope its a mistake and we can get it as the same time as steam...

I really do not mind waiting, however I hope that it unlocks at the sametime as steam version so I can download it while sleeping. :)

I'm really disappointed about the unlocking time, because I'm traveling off for 5 days on wednesday morning.
I even took a day off the work just to be able to play on the launch day. :\

How can you tell how many hours before it unlocks? I pre-ordered but I do not see that anywhere on GOG (the website or Galaxy).
