Hi guys, whenever I try to play the game, I push Play. then the first screen appears with the ninja theory logo and then the fatal error pops up and the game freezes....
Any help? :(

If I recall correctly, I got this error as well when I was troubleshooting another issue with the game. Sometimes when I launch the game, I get an error from Galaxy64.dll. I read on the forums that another user was having a problem with another game that used it and renaming the file fixed their problem. Though, in my case, the game would just crash with this error. Though, in your case, if it is a problem with the Galaxy64.dll file, maybe its possible it's just not in your Hellblade game directory and this is causing the error.

I had to change back the graphics settings from Fullscreen to WindowedFullscreen by changing a 0 to 1 in User\AppData\Local\HellbladeGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini.

Provided you have the game installed in the default location:
C: GOG Games > HellbladeSenuasSacrifice > Engine > Binaries > ThirdParty > GOG > Win64

But yea, like I was saying, it sounds like that file may be missing or corrupt somehow. I'm not sure if the Galaxy client has the feature or not, but maybe you could scan the files for integrity like with Steam. Or just uninstall the game, reboot, then reinstall.

last post, today I tried to play and I couldn't, so I uninstalled the client and installed the last version, now I can play, I hope that was the problem. =)

I am getting a fatal crash UE5hellbllade game game crash error or something like that. This has only happened since the update.

Same problem. Have to restart the PC if I've been using it for anything else to have a chance at starting. After that I usually delete Galaxy64.dll and do a recheck. Then I might have a 60 % chance of it starting.

Confirmed random issue: 80% starts fine, 20% Fatal error! after Ninja Theory logo.

EDIT: this is true at least for Nvidia users with GeForce Experience and Ansel enabled...
