Novotnus: This looks like something that would happen if you loose to the reflection... but I just checked and it's standard Game Over screen when he kills you. Maybe there is some special way to trigger it

That works in the French and English versions :D The Spanish version is bereft of that little Easter egg, I'm afraid.

The amount of hidden content and replay value is amazing.
Did you try to visit fire station in day 5 or 6? Turns out Pastorelli, Edna and Karin were not the only victims of Steve's pranks...

I don't think I did, but I'll definitely try this evening, even though I believe that my oldest save is already in the Lodge!
