Do anybody konw it this video clip is in the game:

It is also mentioned in Kurt Kistler interview:
Was there any especially memorable moments?

The scenes I remember the best were the ones that took place in the car after being picked as a hitchhiker; the one where I see a hundred versions of myself attacking me and eventually I am all cut up with shards of glass; and the ones with Stephanie (Lisa Cangelosi). All of the other scenes were not very memorable because they were just reactions.

It is supposed to be in lodge saloon where dark mirror image of yorself attack you.

I have never managed to trigger it, just wondering if it exist in game.

I don't recall seeing the clip at 1:31 in my original disc copy, but it's been a long time. Haven't gotten that far in the GOG version yet.

One of the most memorable scenes for me is if you provoke Colonel Buster Monroe too much, and he gets mad, shoots you in the head, and then sits on the nuke button. The air raid sirens, and the graphic of the eye lighting up as the nukes hit was done really well.

This looks like something that would happen if you loose to the reflection... but I just checked and it's standard Game Over screen when he kills you. Maybe there is some special way to trigger it, like the scene with Mr. Cain's eyes?
One scene that caused a lot of controversy was Temple of Mother's love, and that one is in GOG version. My favourite would be the one when Sheriff investigates murder scene while eating pie :) And one more Game Over scenario, when you tell Mrs Pottsdam that it was you who robbed their crypt.

It's mysterious.

Another one: If you bust principal and teacher in broom closet, take the picture and then don't accept baseball bat, instead keep the picture. Picture can be given to Jimmy the paperboy (if I remember correctly) who in exchange gives toy robot. I never managed to found any use to robot.

Mr. Cain is a really big guy inside Lodge. When you kill him with the right weapon (if I remember correctly it was a hooked flail) you'll see something special.

Sorry, you are right, I don't know how I mixed them up.
You have to attack him with a flail that you find in the vines that grow on a column in the room with the piano.
So yes, you do remember correctly :)

This ancient fan site has a tutorial on how to view any FMV in the game that you want. I imagine the instructions will be different for the GOG release, which probably has images of the game's original CDs in .dat or .gog format.

I haven't been able to trigger that death scene either.

Have you guys ever said "fuck" to Steve's mom? The result is quite surprising :D

So I looked through the game's FMVs with the method I mentioned. I was able to find that scene the original poster mentioned (It's file-name is C079.FST, and I'm pretty sure it's on the third disc).

However, said scene is exactly as it appears in the making of video, with nothing taking place before or after it.

Aside from that, I didn't find anything really interesting. I did find quite a few small FMVs I hadn't seen before, but they're probably accessible in-game through means I'm unaware of (I've only played through this game once).
