In case you guys have not visited Harvester fan site on Facebook I have to share this treasure here.

Chad Woyewodzic, one of the artists, recently managed to render some of the Harvester scenes as a widescreen version. You can read more and watch the pictures here:

This begs for a remake... or even better a sequel :) One with Steve taking the rola of Sargant in Arms and going through initiation of some else harvester candidate for example :)
That's great! Thanks for the link.

I don't know if I would like it: if you know where it's going would you still appreciate it?
Edit:
by the way, thanks for the link ^^

There can be some twist... as Sargant himself says, subiect's mind twists the world in unexpected ways.
We know almost nothing about Harvesters.

That is true.
Than maybe we could expand their activity, instead of the process of recruiting?
Edit: for we I meant they, as the developers.

We, as the players, too :) That's the point here :)
Actually, this urban setting behind the Harvester on GOG front page looks pretty interesting...

You certainly should, especially Deadly Premonition if you want some small town whackiness :D

You absolutely should :) I'd suggest you start with Downfall \ The Cat Lady (both set in the same universe). On the other hand... there are a lot of common points between Harvester and Deadly Premonition (hooded figure with a sharp tool, isolated town full of eccentric characters, protagonist that sees the reality in a pretty unique way, badass sheriff and his deputy with unusual sexual preferences, even the endings share one important point... you can go on and on with those).

As should you :)

Had to make a small detour in Harvest :P

Actually I was pretty surprised when I realized how much they have in common... Started with 'hooded figure with glowing eyes on the cover' and from there... well, many, many more similarities came to my mind.

So many good games, so little time. But I'll keep those games in my mind. Thanks for the recommendation :)
