Devs,
There are two similar folders in the Hard West folder, one is 32 (4.81GB) and the other is 64 (4.82GB).
Are they both needed? That's a lot of space that could be freed up.

I just renamed the 32bit folder and nothing bad happened. (I am on Win7 64bit). I recon it's safe to delete.
