Playing during the combat sections has a serious issue in the choices we have for the combat prompts. You adapted the same kind of combat style as the Arkham games but this leads to a certain amount of muscle memory automatically hitting the Green A (Xbox 360 controller for PC) which almost always results in the enemies scoring a hit that I would otherwise just block.

All I am asking is for a separate colour option pairing of Yellow(Blockable attacks)/Red(Attacks that must be dodged). It's a small quality of life thing but it will make a huge difference in frustration and annoyance from the combat.

Hi! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. We're intending to expand the available colour schemes, but are currently prioritising bug fixes. Here's a copy of our "What to expect during the next couple of weeks" post on the Steam forums that goes into more detail on our approaches toward patching in the short term.
Hey gang,

For people who weren't around when we were working on Hand of Fate 1, I thought I'd give you a heads up on how we handle launches.

First and foremost, if you've got issues, let us know in the bug forum. Logs and repro steps help! We're committed to fixing things and we'll be rolling out patches as they're in good shape (tested and stable) over the next few weeks.

Secondly, there's been a few requests for changes/fixes. Where appropriate (like the flashing white screen) we'll be addressing those that can easily be fixed and rolling those into patches as we go.

Thirdly, we'll be active on the forums, but primarily during the Australian working day.

Once we're past the busy phase around launch, we'll move into a more regular rhythm of rolling out patches where needed, and quality of life fixes where we can. We have big plans for new content (including Endless Mode) but that's a bit further down the track.

Cheers.
In the meantime, do any of the other currently provided colour schemes (blue/yellow, blue/red) help you avoid the association you're carrying over from other games?

Hope some of that helps!
