After accessing Don Copal's computer, the tick boxes from the computer interface are still covering every screen. Reloading a savegame doesn't help, restarting the game doesn't help, triggering a cutscene doesn't help...

Just tried to reproduce it - unfortunately without any success.
MAybe xou could try to change some of the graphic option including switching from remastered to orginal mode. Really strange that the error persists even after a restart of the game. So if you start a NEW game the error shows as well?

No, it doesn't, and if I reload a savegame from before accessing his computer, it's back to normal again. But everything after accessing the computer is affected. I'll have to restart the whole thing and hope that the bug won't pop up a second time.

So why don't you just reload a savegame prior accessing the computer and see if it is happening again? You said that the error is only in sagames after acessing the computer and instead of starting new it might be faster/easier to try an earlier savegame without the bug.
