It is still there, just shares the buttonwith the private stash. This one became a toggle button.

No, the problem for me was the code changes. They broke something and patching the PREVIOUS version destroys the buttons for stash.
But if you install the latest vesion of the game (make a full download) - then yes, stash is back here.
Really bad thing, because I've downloaded & burned the files of previous version on DVD based on hope that patches will be backward-compatible.
They are not.
