KiNgBrAdLeY7: I know what they are, how they work etc. I know there are 50 registered ones and 9 not "caught on radar". But what does that mean? What is the deal with the 9 ones not registered and accounted for? Also, those 9, do they work in exactly the same way as the other 50 ones?
This is an insurance system which makes you not to lose too much if you don't want to reach specific shrines (like, not every character wants to reach steps of torment level 3 shrine), if you miss shrine (don't want to farm reputation for quest shrine), or don't want to complete it (for example, asks for batshit crazy hard to craft relic).
There are total 59 shrines, which grant 1 devotion point each up to 50. 9 is an insurance, which ones 9 wouldn't grant a point, is your choice.
