Are there quests that yield skill or stat points upon completion, like the one in the beginning from the guy next to rift (+1 skill, for 4 aether crystals)? And which one of them yields the most points?

1 stat point on completing a quest near exit of arkovian undercity given by a ghost standing near it.

Will post more when I remember them. I think theres no more than 1 stat or skill points awarded for such quests.
