I have the same problem. I've found the 64-bit executable in the x64 folder gives a black screen and nothing else. It just crashes. The 32-bit version of the exe in the root Grim Dawn folder does run. It's the 64-bit version that crashes and I have no idea why. It's not mods or antivirus.
