Hi all =)

I kickstarted the game back in the days, and recently went through the ordeal of the "Humble-GoG" saga. I got my GoG key all right, I'm playing the game, and a few days ago, I managed to get my DLC key also.

So I redeemed it here, but apart from the receipt, I had no trace of the DLC anywhere in my Library. I noticed on the receipt that this DLC's called "GRIM DAWN - PRE-KICKSTARTER LEGENDARY DLC", but my version of the game just says "Grim Dawn".

So first question : is that supposed to be the way the game is recognized in GoG, if I backed it (and if my DLC mentions that) ?

Well, after I opened a ticket wth support, my DLC finally showed up through Galaxy ! I was able to install it, and get the goodies in-game. But the main problem remains : I can't download them as backup, because they don't show up anywhere else.

As it is, it's not that important, but it will probably be when that PDF about Crate's supposed to come out. How am I supposed to get it, if the DLC isn't present anywhere for me to get it ?

So second question : has anyone else the same problem as me, not being able to see that darn DLC somewhere ? Something accessible and that I can backup ?

I ask, because my ticket just turned in a loophole where I can't get my contact to understand that the problem is I don't see my DLC anywhere !

Thanks for your attention ^^

I'm in the same boat, but can't download through galaxy because I don't have one :P.
As far as I know, Crate didn't know much about GOG as a service, relying on Steam and being only familiar with its content distribution system (and upgrade system).
Problem, imo, is that GD wasn't released as multiple shop entries with different tiers, like PoE or Wasteland 2 were, which creates this problem of giving different tier rewards to us.
I expect that eventually this would be sorted out by dividing Grim Dawn entry in gog shop into base game and 2-3 grim dawn:extras of different tiers.
