I couldn't find an answer to this in the forum, so I am asking here. Alt + Tab in Gothic (1) is not working. Do you have any idea how to make it work?

Found the solution:

I was starting the game via "gogwrap.exe" shortcut which seems to disable alt+tab feature.

I am now using "Gothic\system\GOTHIC.EXE" to start the game and alt+tab works just fine. In case someone else has the same issue.

I wonder if that will solve some of the other similar issues (just thinking out loud - sort of).

I'm not actually having any but others have posted in the past of problems that seem similar to me even if I can't remember exactly what they are. I guess I was hoping they'd read that and it'd ring a bell and would give your fix a try.

Be careful with alt-tabbing. For me, it let to the game crashing on occasion. Save before you tab out.

A good rule in general - has happened to me in many a game.

I can't alt+tab my Gothic.

I tried the fix in the second post but the only way to launch the game already follows this path : "Gothic\system\GOTHIC.EXE".

I tried the borderless fullscreen windowed too but either I can't make it work or it's bugging...

If anyone can help ! Thank you.
