It should be available for download tonight.

But according to this site:
http://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/threads/1140053-Gothic-3-Patch-1-75-release

And official NordicGames forum:
http://forum.nordicgames.at/showthread.php?176850-Gothic-3-Patch-1-75-release

It is OFFICIAL patch. Does this mean GOG will have it unlike those unofficial ones? If yes, I'm definetly gonna replay this game.

It's being auto-downloaded through Steam, so GOG SHOULD do the same
I wouldn't mind knowing if this patch has been integrated into the GOG install yet, was thinking of buying.
Just looked at the gamecard and it has indeed been patched to 1.75. What I can't tell is whether it's 1.75.12, which was the version included with the retail re-release, or 1.75.14, which was the result of a couple of bugs which were discovered right as the patch was released to general use.

I'll download this tonight to see which.
Update: It is indeed 1.75.14, the latest version, so no further work needed.

As a note, upon first run you'll have to create a shader cache file, which is new for the 1.75 patch. It's a one-time thing but can take a little while (took 10 minutes on my computer with a quad-core Phenom II). The stuttering is not completely gone but it does seem to be much improved.

When you speak of stuttering, is that when the game freezes for a few seconds then spins the camera about 180 degrees when it releases (very annoying, I might add).

I've had stuttering (one guy on Youtube calls them lag spikes) but I've never experienced the 180 degree effect ☺

Yes. The way the game streams textures is not the best, so it causes this affect when it needs to load a lot of textures (like if you transition from one country to another, etc...). This patch makes some improvement to that.
Does anyone know when the installer was patched up to CP 1.75.14? I installed the gog version about 6 or 7 days ago and immediately applied the CP 1.75.14 patch - if it was already patched up would it make a difference that i installed the CP again or would it just overwrite with the same info. Hope that makes sense?!

I would think that if anything, it would overwrite with the same info. Though I would hope that the patch's installer could tell if you needed it or not before starting the installation.
I just recently installed Gothic III and it says at the bottom 1.6
So I don't think GOG has included the patch 1.75 even though they said it is.
Have any of you seen this?
I installed it beginning of July; I think. Mine says version 1.75.14...
