So I've run out of arrows and can't seem to find more. Surely there's a way to get more ammo for my bow. Anyone got an answer to this: do merchants restock or are there only a finite amount of arrows in the game?

Some arrows will restock incrementally several times within a chapter and is totally dependent on how you play and reflecting your orientation within the game.
Explain why you need so many arrows, are you playing high dex' bow only? - I take it you have visited Santino, Alberto, Cavalorn, Wolf, Skip, Dexter etc'

Yep, visited all those guys. The reason I need more is I've been pretty much exclusively using bow, since I get waxed by most everything in melee at low levels. I've been experimenting with pulling critters, trying to find places where I can shoot but not be mobbed and fiddling around with what the range of the weapon is. But I didn't realize merchants didn't restock, so I've run out.

I think Silas, Darrion and Baal Kagan weren't mentioned yet, but just the first two are available from the beginning.
And yes, merchants usually only restock on new chapter.
