I'm not sure what to do. I have killed all four dragons and returned to Khorinis. My next step supposedly is to assemble a crew and get on the paladin ship in the Khorinis harbor, but no npc I talk to offers any dialogue about that. I talked to Pyrokar, Jorgen, Milten, Hagen, Ingmar... oh I turned in the orc colonel, got 1,000 xp (yay) and went down into the library and below the monastery. I also gave the dragon egg to the mage who is brewing something. But I'm stuck unless I get someone to talk about what to do next. My current quest log has nothing about getting a crew or sailing anywhere.
Can someone point me to whom I need to talk to? My game time is limited enough that I may have forgotten something that someone in game said.
I know I'm close to the end here, so thanks for any help.

It's been a long time since I played Gothic 2, but Milten, Angar, and Jorgen are all supposed to be potential crewmen. There are about a dozen NPCs to choose from if I remember correctly.

Hopefully someone else can give you a more definite answer. My memory's not good enough to tell you more.

1. Did you get "Halls of Irdorath" book back and the sea chart? It's been a while for me too but I'm thinking both are needed.
I believe looking at the sea chart unlocks the quest for the crew.

In case it helps or anyone is curious, it was a simple thing. I had the sea chart but hadn't clicked on it to open it yet. That prevented me getting the dialogue options needed to recruit people into my crew.
