Be sure to follow installation the guide on Steam. After install it should prompt you with the latest update.

Perfect, Game worked fine but after it patched it worked bad.
This Patch solved every Problem :)

This patch will fix most known issues with the game. It is an upgrade of the long standing V1.497 Patch.

Fixes resolution and full screen issues.
Enables Multiplayer.
Fixes mouse issues.
DX9 Support.
Graphical enhancements.
A ton of bug fixes.
Re-balancing.

sorry to necro this a little bit but...

Does anyonme know if the graphical enhancements on v1.5 patch include the graphicalmods stuff - texture enhancements etc?

There are a couple of grasphical mods out there as well - will they play nicely with v1.5 patch, or do i not need them?
