Попробуй переустановить с зачисткой реестра, как минимум в указанной ветке реестра (GOG.com\Galaxy). Галочка на ранние тестовые версии в настройках Галактики снята?

Удалить стандартным методом. Найти остаточные файлы в темпе (Local Settings\Application Data), установить заново.

Ребята, это просто жесть, я пробовал разные сборки и 8.1 и 10. и только на 7рке работает нормально. Это проблема мне кажется именно совместимости железа, т.к. у брата стоит точно такая же винда 8.1 и авторизация проходит нормально, а у меня жопа. Реестр чистил, все все ветки удалял, винду не раз переустанавливал, даже не знаю на что уповать.

Ну само железо-то никак не влияет на работу такого типа программы. Возможно проблема в драйверах или же в неких других программах, которые вы устанавливаете, а ваш брат нет. У меня, например, Galaxy работает очень хорошо на Windows 10. Это при том, что у меня довольно старый компьютер, ему почти два года.
