I know that the integrations are not quite "supported", let alone official in any capacity, but there is a problem with at least one of them, and I just wanted to send this over the airwaves to whoever is managing this.

I'm not sure if it's on the integrations' end or on the respective platforms' end, however it works, but there is a game recently released up on Epic and Steam not properly labeled (This one, referred to here: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/massive_giveaways_blog/post1832).

Through Galaxy 2.0, they register as "Unknown Game", and it's the only one I have thus far that I can identify as the game in question. I don't know where the integrations pull their info, but I find it odd especially with at least the Steam side, because SteamDB would have tracked that practically in real time, that one could have also pulled the info from there for more data. I don't know how that's done on Epic's side or anywhere else, but I just wanted to point out that there's just something not registered on either end when it is listed for Galaxy 2.0.

Yes, I suffered this too in a couple of the lasts' epic giveaways. It was solved a day/hours after or so and the game is recognized. Not remember if I had that issue with any Steam title.

Today, for example, Galaxy has imported the standalone free "delores", the Thimbleweed Park standalone game from epic library and now I have it marked as unknown title.

I'm not under the impression Galaxy imports anything. It's just a launcher which launches access to third party clients and makes you install from there, not Galaxy. The issue arises when the game isn't marked through the integrations which aren't by CDPR/Galaxy, but built from unofficial community channels. They're the ones which seem to be listing games independently as seen by now.

Also, you could have clicked the link because I was pointing out that that exact game is one of those examples. It's also available on Steam. For free.

Well I used the word "Import". Call it Galaxy "Detected" instead, or what Galaxy makes with the external games. That's what I mean. Galaxy does not import physically the game, indeed.

At first, I had the impression that title was a free addon for the Main game and I owned Thimbleweed Park in Epic, then I decided to take it from Epic. But you are right, it is available in Steam too.

Greetings
