Same error. I created an new thread regarding this issue.
same error :(
Same issue.

A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.247d7a5c.1588445799.1c345d23)
The same story. Re-load (logout and login in in psn) isn't solution.
Why is this marked as "SOLVED"?
This is still an issue.
I got the same issue for a week now.
But 2FA wasn't enabled on my account until now. So i guess the problem is not the 2 Factor-Authentification

Same

It is not solved for sure.

Same here. 2FA on Sony account or not (tried before and after setting it up), I am unable to connect.
This thread should not be marked SOLVED, unless it is resolved elsewhere? Link?

Just connecting PSN up today and getting this error:

A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.56b77568.1588521038.54f3db1)
I like that the "solution" amounted to one person saying "Hey, it worked for me" and someone marks the issue solved. That's not how tech support works.

Also getting the same error.

EDIT/UPDATE: five minutes after posting this I was able to connect my PSN account. Not sure what changed. I'm betting it's an issue on Sony's side as I was having similar issues getting into the PS Store via browser earlier. I dunno. Guess it's one of those things you have to give it some time and go back to it.

And this is not tech support, its a topic made by simple user and marked as "solved" by simple user.

I'm still not able to connect. On the latest version getting the same

I kept having that issue and here's the temporary solution that I use:
- disable 2 steps authentication on playstation's website
- connect to a VPN
- relaunch Galaxy
After that, I can setup again my account with no errors. In the meantime I'll keep the 2 steps off to see if that's why i kept being disconnected and unable to reconnect.
Sony has messed something up last month with login and now it feels random when it allows me to login. Most people have trouble logging into PS now application but I also had trouble logging from web browser as well.
