This seems related to a 2FA issue I found while attempting to us PS4 Remote Play I found in the PS4 subreddit.

I'm guessing the form is attempting to login without triggering the 2FA request, which is generating the connection should not be established error (I'm getting it as well after enabling 2FA).

Plugin devs, any help would be appreciated!

getting the same issue, have been for more than a week now.
It used to work in the past, even used to prompt for the 2-Factor Authentication. Now it pulls the captcha but when you finish selecting all of the traffic lights or finding crosswalks it gives the error:
